Any pricing, turnaround times, or service descriptions shown on this website are indicative unless confirmed in writing for a specific project. A project begins only when scope, payment terms, and delivery expectations are agreed.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, intellectual property in draft concepts, proposals, and unused design work remains with Berlian Digital. Final ownership and transfer terms for completed work are set out in the client agreement.
Web projects may rely on third-party providers such as hosting companies, domain registrars, plugins, fonts, analytics, booking systems, or AI tools. We are not responsible for downtime, pricing changes, policy changes, or failures caused by those external services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Berlian Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on general website content. Any liability relating to paid project work is governed by the specific client contract or proposal.
